Wouldn’t sexual assault still be a crime?
It’s already very easy to sneak into a bathroom and this isn't that big an issue currently.
And again, is it right to deny privileges to a whole class of people because a very small percentage might abuse those privileges?

This is where we differ. Two classes of people.
Penis=male
Vagina=female
Use restrooms accordingly.

You reference them as a recognized class, but it sounds as if you are inferring that they are part of a federally protected class which they are not.
Call me over protective, but I don’t want my teen and preteen daughters using the same restroom as a man who is mentally ill (gender dysphoria) or worst is a pervert creep posing as a transgender to prey on little girls. Nor do I want to explain to them as to why he is using the women’s bathroom.
So to your point, I don’t care about the small percentage of people who may abuse the situation. My common sense/gut feeling tells me this shite ain't right and that it creates an unsafe environment for all involved including transgenders.

Is it right to deny women and men the comfort of same-gendered restrooms simply because a very small percentage of people’s feelings are hurt?
