He is what he is. He tries to mask his bias as a dem and an attorney.

He knows this sets the stage for expansion because it becomes a protected class.

I entered this thread to respond to a poster who planned to raid the dressing room at a Victoria Secret show based upon this ruling. The ruling TURNED upon the fact that the prohibition was made by governmental entity and would thus have ZERO applicability to the fashion show. I implied as much in a question that I asked said poster. THAT is objective (if a bit sarcastic) analysis.

The ability to grasp this concept is neither Left nor Right. It requires only a basic level of cognition that you (among others) seem to utterly lack.

This entire exchange is a perfect example of the scenario I addressed earlier today ... posters losing their shite because a single post does not address every possible permutation of every issue conceivably arising from every other post on an entire thread.

Do I agree with the ruling itself? Not really, but that is an ENTIRELY different question and NOT one that I addressed either way in my post.
