As of this post, Solo has the best ratio of positive/negative reviews, so I think I'll go in that direction. This is not for daily use, but I do spray an acre or so for weeds and two houses for bugs, so the direct pumping action and large reservoir are very appealing.

I work with a golf course. They have 8 stihl’s that are a pile of junk. Swear by their Chapin Pro.
By the way, Jacto invented these. I had one 40 years ago that worked great and I treated it poorly.

An acre? Get a pull behind sprayer, assuming you have a four wheel or riding mower. I spray about 15,000sf with a backpack and it’s pushing being comfortable.
