Are they cucks? What will you do?

I’m being serious (and I own lots of guns). Is there a backlash?

If they do then I will go on living my life and if they don’t I will still go on living my life. I have to go through background checks when I buy my guns anyway.

I carry every day, and I’ll do nothing. Elevated background checks are the least of my worries, and they should be the least of any other law abiding citizens worries.

We already have background checks for new weapons.

Are they going to make us get background checks for used private sales/used gifts to family and friends?

I’ve never purchased a weapon without being put through NICS.

I don’t see the big deal with private purchases having the requirement of going to an FFL location for a NICS check for the purchase to be legal. Just do a $10 fee that goes to the FFL location to compensate them for their time and effort.

We should all know that the gun show loophole is a myth. Anyone with an FFL has to follow the same rules at a gun show that they do at their brick and mortar.

There should be an exemption for inherited or gifted weapons where there was no money involved and the recipient isn’t actively and knowingly prohibited from owning a firearm.

I think private citizen (not FFL) sellers would feel better selling to someone they didn’t know using that process.
