according to who? you? or the two racists (Sixx & Lee) who verbally and physically attacked him? Sixx also requested for the entire arena to "beat his arse".

again, the video doesn't lie and thankfully that man got paid in a settlement. Motley Crue's record label never wanted this to go to court because it would have ended them. however that doesn't take away from the fact that those two participated in a disgusting and racist attack.
