Really? Based on what exactly? Provide some numbers to support this.

A simple look at who has the most players in the NFL, year in and year out, and how many of them are starters, and how many are all pro's, compared to Alabama. This is common knowledge. Where have you been?

Sounds more like a narrative you’ve created

Given my above statements, which are well known facts, it is not a narrative to say they are more about system. They have lots of talent, and I made a very clear point of not disputing that. But the difference between them and LSU, is not nearly as much about physical talent as it is about coaching. And no, that's not a bash on Orgeron statement. That fact is true for most coaches in America, when compared to Saban. It is what it is.

Well actually they do, otherwise this thread would not have been started

I'm clearly talking about them not actually having 12 players DESERVING of first team recognition, if LSU only has a couple. Because LSU's first and second team's can compare with anyone's in terms of talent. Alabama has guys making the POSTSEASON first team with like 40 something tackles at linebacker. It's just lazy media giving the top team all the accolades, because that's the "safe" thing to do.

But those guys, in a vacuum, without their system, don't amount to hat our players do at the next level.

On earth where “common knowledge” without data to back it up is often wrong and in many cases the exact opposite

Well in 2018 the college with the most NFL players was Alabama LINK
I know LSU was the leader in recent years but that’s more about timing. Saban’s first Bama recruiting class was draft eligible in 2010. For about a decade before that Bama was down, where as LSU was having great success, much of with players recruited by you know who. Since 2010 Alabama has had substantial more players drafted especially in the first round. Because of that I’m sure they had more guys that didn’t pan out but I would need some evidence that they bust at a higher rate

As for the all pros: Eddie Jackson was first team all pro last year. I did not see any LSU players.

I could not disagree with this more. Saban’s brilliance is on his organization, his meticulous attention and to detail aka the process. That helps him amass more talent. He doesn’t out scheme or out coach per se, but knows his opponents even better than they do most of the time.

you have submitted no facts just at best anecdotes and “common knowledge”.

Its called sarcasm but if that’s your claim, site some examples of these undeserving players and who was snubbed in your opinion?

Post season team is different as that tends to be based on the season just completed. I do agree sometimes you just see guys from the top teams, but without specific examples it sounds more like narrative writing again

The numbers have been moving in Alabama's favor for the past few years now. As of right now, ALabama (69 Players) has 17 more players on NFL rosters than LSU(52 Players), Ohio State has 61 players. When opening day comes around we'll have a better idea of who has the most but 17 is a wide gap to make up. I haven't taken the time to count up starters.
