I work out for a few reasons, health not being in the top 3 except to the extent that my health could be endangered in a fight. You see, I work out so that I don’t get my arse kicked in a fight.
I lift heavy arse weights to make me strong in case the fight gets to wrestling. I do agility exercise to keep me quick and avoid being taken down. I work the heavy bag to give me a knockout blow.
I do this 3-4 days a week. No one is taking me out.
The fact that I’m in incredible shape is just a by product

Maybe put yourself in situations where you don’t have to worry about fighting all the time

The majority of people who get in fights are looking to fight.

Adults that aren't trashy as frick don't get fist fights.
