Creative Ideas for Draft Order

I searched and found old topics on this but they were locked so I couldn't bump them.
Anyone have fun ways they're determining draft order this year? Typically we just do the "names out of a hat" but one year I was able to convince them to do the random song on spotify method. Everyone chooses their own song, commish adds them to a playlist and he hits shuffle

last year we bought this game 
created a wrestler for each owner and simulated a royal rumble before the draft. It was great and we'll be doing it going forward

I made a board with picks 1-12 labeled in columns. I wrote everyone's name and cut them out, put tape on the pieces, and had my 4yo daughter randomly place them on the board. Filmed it and shot it out to the league.
It was too cute for anyone to bitch about their draft position.

We randomly draw baseball teams on a specific day, then have people choose their draft position by the number of runs scored by their team.

Put 12 numbers on the bottom of 12 beers (or how ever many people are drafting) put in fridge and everyone start drinking. People around the room will see where you pick but you can’t look at the bottom of your can until you finish your beer
