I never understood using the library to study. If I want control over noise and distractions, I headed home, to where I have complete control over noise and distractions.
I probably set foot into Middleton a half dozen times max in five years.

It’s not that difficult to understand.
Some people can’t study at home

I would drive in early to get a good parking spot before my lot filled up. Usually had about an hour and a half to kill, so I did my foreign language homework in Middleton.
There’s plenty of reasons to study at the library. If you live in a crowded house with family who distract you, or have a noisy roommate or building, for example, quiet study space is at a premium.
But I will share a secret that few know. If you want quiet to study, don’t go to Middleton. Go to Hill. Most people never go there, or think they don’t allow people to study there. They do.

I used it for group study.
Other times I'd get pissed at the Asians having a slumber party in there making all kinds of noises so I rarely used it after I moved out of the dorms.
