I'd bet the bank that this woman constantly drones on about criminal justice reform yet she wants to throw this guy in jail over this

“Criminal reform” for her means “let all my constituents out to vote for me”.

Two of her sponsored bills this GA session were related to the decriminalization or "second chances" of minor criminal offenses.
She also had four bills related to pregnancy...of the nine total she sponsored.
