NCAA 2014 on PS4?

I’ve got the itch to play some NCAA football. I have a PS4, I’m assuming I can buy a 2014 PS3 copy and play it on my PS4, correct?
Also, do they still release updated rosters for each year? If so, has this years been released?

That game can only be played on PS3 and Xbox 360. Also, the PS4 can’t play any discs from the older consoles.
