I really can't think of any big mistakes. Has it been as close to a perfect presidency as possible so far or do you think there's something that Trump wishes he could redo? Maybe he really does have a time machine

Punting on health reform while the R’s still controlled Congress. That may have been the last opportunity for a while.

Believing on multiple occasions that the Democrats are actually willing to negotiate with him.

I realize they were political moves to make the Dems look to be at fault for not coming to the table, but that only works with an honest media.

correct...It had been well documented that getting Sessions was the POTUS' BY FAR biggest blunder.

Sessions, LIKE A DUMB arse, recuses himself from all matter concerning collusioin.

within days, Rosenstein appoints Mueller as special counsel

Sessions was stunned and immediately offered his resignation. The POTUS should have accepted it.

Nearly ruined his first 2 years of the presidency.

No doubt, but Comey and his drama queen bullshite probably played one of the second-most* significant roles in getting a SC appointed and keeping the narrative going on the muh obstruction.

The timing of his termination get the NPCs like Decatiddlers going and drawing the comparisons to the Saturday Night Massacre and Nixon impeachment.

*ETA: second-most

His biggest mistake was screwing up his plan and winning.

A true wtf moment for him.

Now we're stuck with this crap.

He made some bad hiring decisions when he first came into office but that’s the only mistake he has made

1a: Jeff Sessions. Total sellout.
1b: Paul Ryan. Should have never put any trust in this jerk.
