Tailgate Improvement

Every year I do something to update or better my tailgate.
Last year it was a new BBQ pit and generator. This year it's a new tent.
I feel like I have all of the essentials, so, what are some of the cooler items or gadgets you've added to your tailgate?

I bought a cargo trailer last year for our tailgate and that has been great for drunken pickup

Best things are crock pots for gumbo and dips. Not super cool but makes food so much easier
We keep a few out and just refill one in the back while people eat through the ones on front makes keeping your gumbo jambalaya etc always ready. Use crock pot liners so when breaking down nothing to clean
An oven of some sort for breads
That generator opens up so many options
Lights fans blenders
I do have walls for my canopies and gutters to hook them together
I keep them handy and if rain starts you can move stuff to middle drop walls and keep everything and one dry
Then when rain passes pull stuff back out

One of those toilet tents so you have your own toilet very close. Does LSU even allow this?

We bought a 5x8 cargo trailer a couple seasons ago and we pay for an overnight spot on the street right across from our setup. Tremendously helpful and way easier than unloading and reloading all your crap into multiple trucks. Washer boards are great. People walking by usually stop and watch. Having a tv is nice...even if you just get the analog channels, some game will be on.
Stuff is nice, but good food and cheap beer will keep folks coming back week after week.

If you have one of the big white PVC tents, do you have the purple and gold globe lights? Can't recall where we got them but I'm sure you can find them in BR. We have those on our tent & they add a good touch after dark.

If you have the means, a kegerators are a great addition. although kegs can be a pain if you don't have a trailer
