We have lost or allowed to leave - Hanson, Penberthy and Erman since last year. Gentry/Griffin seem to be overhauling the coaching staff.

The loss(or firing) of Erman is to get Bzdelik.
Who is reported to have a verbal agreement but not yet official due to a contract timeline with Houston that is still paying him.
The other two are what happens when people start to notice you have a good staff....they get poached.
The key going forward is to ensure you have a good scouting department and pipeline to fill those holes as coaches move on and up. Bzdelik is a good indication that we have that with Griffin so far.

Nick Nurse offered Finch a job on his Raptors staff before last season and we told him no.
Hanson might be a fine coach, but his success was largely credited to being Davis' guy. I'm fine with turning over that entire regime over time.
