Ive spot sprayed in the past and frequently throughout the summer with Ortho Weed Be Gone

Would Celsius be more effective and prevent the need to spray throughout the summer?

Celsius should nuke lespedeza in one shot at the right rate

Celsius is a post-emergent herbicide so it’s not going to prevent weeds. Depending on what types of weeds you are trying to control, consider using a pre-emergent herbicide in late winter/early spring and fall, it won’t eliminate weeds but certainly helps control annual weeds and reduces, not eliminates, the need for spraying.
