Surprising, the Celsius is turning the nutsedge yellow first. I haven't seen any signs from the buttonweed or carpet grass. I reapplied some areas this morning due to the first time I applied was late afternoon. After doing some reading, it is best to apply in the morning with the dew still on.
Will post results next week.

I know yellow and purple nutsedge are not listed on the Celsius label for control, but that doesn’t mean it might not cause some damage. Now, Celsius does effectively control Green Kyllinga which is a sedge, like “miniature” nutsedge. Control of green kyillinga, carpetweed and doveweed is the main reason I use Celsius, those weeds aren’t effectively controlled by MSM Turf. Otherwise I usually use MSM Turf, to control most other broadleaf weeds b/c i find it equally effective and it’s considerably cheaper.
I know I do see quicker results when using Celsius, usually within days, compared to MSM Turf but they are both very effective herbicides.
Make sure you are using the right concentration of Celsius as stated on the label for the weeds you are trying to control and mix a surfactant (spreader/sticker) in the solution - the surfactant is important.
