I’m a big skeptic of the government holding itself accountable. These are all unelected deepstaters, no voting them out of office.

And then it will take a couple of months to arrange the interview.

Then there's the follow ups to previous witnesses because of what this one says.

Then once they have the revised report ready for review for redactions, another witness will pop up or another cache of documents will be "found."

There it is. They've all been trying to reveal the LEAST possible, so as to mitigate the system-shattering effects that a full revelation would create. From civil lawsuits to Bureaucratic dysfunction, an honest investigation would wreck half of DC.

They are trying to finesse it; a lot of Bureaucrats were duped by the 'evidence' coming down from the top. Throw in Trump's wild rhetoric (doing away with NATO, etc.), and it was enough for many to take the anti-Trump bait. They are having to go back and re-examine the whole thing, as the pressure to hide or expose envelope is pushed forward.

And we've got electoral timing in play. Everything is political. Period.

I would suspect that no one disputes the federal indictment process-under seal. The point is if any of the bad players-from McCabe, Comey and so on... are under any seals of indictment? Logic prevails McCabe (if there was ever a grand jury) was cleared with the OIG report and in the criminal justice system. Or he would be in prison by now, no?

And the argument that we have to wait for the judge appointments: to take out the swamp is convoluted-- when the DC/VA judges are not going away anytime soon. The criminal leftists always find a judge when they judge shop.
