Been to Memphis in May a couple times. Fun time.

Going to the Lorraine is pretty cool if you are a history buff.
It’s kinda like visiting Dealey Plaza because it is so much more confined than you picture before you visit.
The building across from The Lorraine where James Earl Ray fired is basically just across the street. I’ve never looked it up but it couldn’t have been much more than a 60-70 yard shot. MLK never had a chance.

I would like to go through STAX Museum. Lot of good music came from there.

Sure
If you are out after dark and you see a street sign saying "Crump" or "Lamar" lock your doors and drive far away as inconspicuously as possible.
I think there is an observation deck on the top of the pyramid that has a great view of the river and the mapof the Mississippi on Mud Island is interesting if you have ever had anything to do with the river.
There's a weekend's worth of things to see.

Not since they shut Platinum Plus down.

You're going to trip over those Bird scooters. They're everywhere.

There are more things to see than actually do in Memphis. Graceland, Beale street, Lorraine etc. I would definitely take some time to visit Graceland. I’m not a big Elvis fan, but it was still pretty cool to tour his home and see some of his belongings. As for crime, we walked down town for hours and never felt unsafe. Police patrol like crazy.

Worth it for a weekend. Run out of stuff to do if you’re there more than a couple days.
Few drinks at the Peabody
Dinner at Flight is the bomb
Graceland, Stax, Sun Studio
117 Prime is a new restaurant, but was excellent the night we tried it.
If you like to party, get started at Silky’s and finish at Raiford’s.
Eat at Flight on your more relaxed night. It’s a marathon of greatness.

If the Danvers where Chris Bell worked in his little hat and uniform is still around, stop by and pay homage
