I guess I should have googled instead of asking the board, but I was not 100% sure if there was a law that applied to someone licking ice cream at the store then putting it back in the freezer.
If I had to guess I would say there is, but I didn't know for sure. Now that I know there is, I hope they make an example out of her.

Do you also wonder if it’s ok if a bartender pisses in a drink and sells it to you?
What if a restaurant employee intentionally spits in your food, or maybe rubs their nuts on your burger?
