Last month: he can’t do this. There’s no emergency.
Today: there’s an emergency, look at this dead father and his kid. Trump is bad.
“May it please the court, the democrats arguments last month are now moot and totally worthless. I’ll move to have this matter denied.”

What? 3 months ago the Democrats in Congress sues the president of the United Stares and claimed that he was wrong when he declared a National Emergency created by a flood of illegal aliens caravaning across the desert.
Today the Democrats are on TV blaming Trump for the Emergency resulting from a flood of illegal aliens caravanning across the dessert, but failing to explain where we’re supposed to put 100000 people caravaning across the dessert to come to the country illegally.
Were they wrong 3 months ago when they said there was no emergency? Or are they wrong now? In either case, they’re ducking futs.

I'm guessing that your slant is that he didn't have the power to declare the invasion at the border a National Emergency?
