Why Correa in the 6 hole?

Genuine question. Curious as to why you would put him there

MLB will inevitably figure Alvarez out. I understand that he’s off to a good start, but he will falter some. It’s happened to probably every rookie known to man in MLB. I think Alavarez will be amazing, no doubt, but my point is that I just can’t trust a 21 year old rookie. Especially in the playoffs.

Correa was a 21 year old rookie in the playoffs hitting 4th. Did you trust him then?

Lineup protection for a rookie makes a lot of sense when you think of it that way. No one is pitching around Yordan to get to Correa if the latter is playing well.

Someone has to be, and Yordan needs bigger bats behind him as well, plus I like the idea of Brantley, Yordan, and Reddick being spaced out.

A healthy Astros team has 7 or 8 guys that hit in the middle of the lineup for most teams. Someone has to be 7th and 8th.
