His jumper is really all that is holding him back.

Unfortunately, the lack of progress in reforming that three seasons into his career makes me lean toward it never truly getting resolved. Slight improvements, sure, but he needs more than that to reach his potential.

Put on top of that, as good as the Pels have been at reforming jump shots for players, we basically have 4-5 players that need that care and assistance, and I can’t imagine we have enough of that to go around for everyone. It’s one thing to incorporate sweep and sway for Gordon and Evans while helping AD rebuild his jump shot, it’s going to be a tall ask to completely rebuild Ball, Zion, Ingram, and Hayes’ jumpers simultaneously....But maybe it can be a group class thing lol

I think you forget about trying to make Ball a shooter and just work on finishing and free throws...turn him into rondo.

Zion’s turn will come, he just needs to play defense and dunk right now while he gets acclimated. Hayes likely won’t play much.

This season should be all about Ingram if they are going to maximize this deal

What’s with the long posts that’s say a lot of nothing? So has him improved his jump shooting or no?

32% on 485 jumpers
38% on 425 jumpers
42% on 426 jumpers

That’s a huge year over year improvement since entering the league. Dude said reforming his jump shot
