Best analysis of his ceiling I've heard is Ben Golliver on Open Floor.

Ingram's game has too much Noah's Ark- everything is 2 by 2- to really get to the next level

yes I don’t think anyone really regards him with a elite player ceiling.
But remember nobody thought that about oladipo either

he’s got talent and tools in spades.
