I assure you that every riddle only has one answer. There are rules within each one that a lot of people still haven't figured out.

Big sis = JUCO
lil bro = college
big bro = pro
nights = vowels
cousin = flip the order of vowels
The cities spell out a mascot. the aforementioned tells you the city.
If the mascot could be multiple cities. You go to the next letter in the name.
This has all been consistent with both riddles.
