The simple answer here is - he wasn't always the best player on the floor. Not for our team....or our opponents.

A Top 10 NBA pick would have been, maybe 90% of the time.

I think another year would have put him in that Top 10, possibly.

Agreed. When he was matched up against guys his size or double teamed, he wilted. He was bounced off his marks a lot. Fell to the ground A LOT. Lost his dribble too damn much. When he struggled, he really had a hard time turning it around.
