Would these then be used in another trade? I just don't see us rolling out three lottery pick rooks.

Don’t really see why we’d do this. Unless we really want a Jackson Hayes, cam reddish type player. Hard pass from me

8 & 10 & 17 and we’ll consider it maybe. Garland is not coming to any team cheaply tho. He would be the perfect P&R partner for Zion for the next 10+ years!

I would think this would be part of a chain of deals to get future draft picks or players. Because I don’t see having three rookies this season as a great plan unless one is a draft and stash.

Great move, if we are not trading it for one established vet like Beal or Turner.

But the fact remains we need 3pt shooting role players for much needed floor spacing and we also need a shot-blocker/rim protector.

Bol Bol fits both categories as a superior shooter & shotblocker. With the other pick, adding another lights out 3pt shooter like Cameron Johnson fits perfectly as well.

Well, the #4 pick is going to be a guard, and we really have enough guards for now. And we still needs bigs. I mean, I'm not opposed to using the #4 pick on Garland (I'm not the fan of Culver that some of you are), but if we can get Hayes and flip the other pick for a good player, then that sounds good to me.

4th pick has a much better chance of sticking & future star potential. By the time you get to #8 or #10, then you are starting to roll the dice. Picks for the sake of more picks does not necessarily help us, especially this year.

It would take all 3. 8, 10 and 17 to maje the deal work. I’d be tempted to take the 3 picks and take some good shooting wings and big men like Cameron Johnson, Rui Hachimura and Bol Bol. You can either keep the pick and hole to get an impact starter or trade down to put several role players around Zion.

Let's say they make the trade. Is 8, 10, Moore and Hill enough for Beal

Unless we package that for another rookie I'll pass. We have enough young players atm. If anything a first rounder next year so we can evaluate what we have in Lonzo for a year

Whoever the Pelicans draft at #4 will probably end up having more value down the road than the #8 and #10 players in this draft.
