He’s about to stand trial in NY state. As I understand it’s typical for fed inmates who are up on state charges to be transferred to state facilities. I’m guessing the solitary confinement would be for his own safety.

no it is not typical, he is NOW going to Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan. He WAS going to Rikers solitary to get shaken down more. I say Brennan, Clapper, Peter, Lisa, Comey, McCabe, HRC, all go to Rikers solitary and get raided @ dawn by gunpoint; and when you throw a fit I will say, oh it's common.
