I never understood why a prescription was needed. You’d probably prevent a ton of teens from getting g pregnant because they are too embarrassed or afraid to ask their parents to help them get a prescription.

Because it can increase the risk of blood clots, can really frick a woman's body, and you need to be sure the woman knows she needs to take it at the same time every day. It can also really frick with your migraines.

It's not a benign drug by any means and sometimes even needs a dose tweak.

I'm not against it being OTC but might should be behind the counter, kinda like Sudafed so you have to at least talk to someone.

it's a harmful pill with tons of side effects, a very necessary and specific schedule, and alot of interactions with other medications.

Many women's endocrine system gets so fricked up from the pill that they can never have kids after they get off the pill.

I don't know about controlling access or whatever but the pill has serious side effects. I have no suggestion on the best way to distribute.

The pill is way overused and it is increasingly causing serious long term health effects in women.
