Best recommendations for hernia surgery recovery?

Had it this morning, home now, not that much pain. I am moving around like a 105 old lady.
I find standing gives me the best relief of any pain, but I can’t just stand all day.
What sucks is I don’t have a recliner. I do have an overstuffed chair with an ottoman, so pillows under the knees does help a lot.
Will there be pain at the hernia location? The tiny incisions are above my bellybutton, but the hernia was down, right side of my nut sack. Will I need frozen peas, or will the pain mostly be around the incisions?
