All I’m saying is that if a celebration wouldn’t have been criticized if it was goal 1, then criticizing that same celebration at goal 13, is more complaining than criticizing.

I haven’t seen them, but the caption in the OP, makes it seem like it wasn’t the celebration so much as the celebration given the goal differential.

But as has been pointed out, since the differential matters moving forward, then this isn’t the same as celebrating a touchdown up 70-0.

In what universe has that EVER been the standard in sport?

One can run up the score because it's necessary and still handle all else the same as if you beat Sam Houston 70-0
