Not going to be a popular answer but if I had to say someone, it wouldn't shock me if Cabrera is #8 next season. Not a whole lot of options

I mean I’ll admit I talked mad shite about Cabrera last night while in the heat of the moment but he is without a doubt the most talented ball player on the team next year.

That being said #8 isn’t about talent. But we could do a lot worse than Cabrera

I think the obvious choice would be Cabrera, but I think Garza would be a dark horse for it after the way he was leading the team the last two months

Number 8 is even a thing? I don't even know who wore it this year or in the past, nor do I care. I get Bertman, Furniss, McDonald, Pontiff. But 8? Was it Bregman?
