As I said he had a bad series, he still isn't the sole reason they lost. LSU had other opportunities and did not capitalize. Vietmeier with a horrible inning ruined a 4-0 lead. LSU took itself out of scoring opportunities last night as well with poor base running.

We have two former catchers on staff and the position has been poorly coached for two years now.
We've been a poorly coached baserunning team for several years now.
Watson has been braindead on the bases his entire career.
I get that there is limited practice time due to NCAA rules, but it seems like we aren't maximizing the time we do have given the lack of team fundamentals.
