The off court stuff affects the on court success Bubba. when no one wants to play with him bc of his locker room antics and he loses out in rd 1 of the playoffs, that is something that we have to consider.
I think people underrate the aspect of off court antics when determining how good someone is at playing basketball.
I’m big picture, so I definitely don’t take that for granted. How good of a father is he? Is he a good tipper when out on the town? How stylish is he? Off court definitely needs to come into play when evaluating one’s basketball abilities.

Because he was never a big enough star to do so.
Any player that has the power to pull strings is going to do so.

He’s not even second to Jordan, he’s somewhere in the top 5-10.

On court performance at tail end of career is very heavily discounted. Lebron is still easily a top 5 player on the court, but his off the court antics KILL any chance he has of winning a title.
Couldn't agree more, I mean didn't Lebrun average something along the lines of 27-7-7 and achieve a PER of 26? In year 16? Insane, Dude's still got it despite that he doesn't play defense anymore and LeBricks at the foul line which are both recurring themes relating to him over the past 5 seasons.

If he was a better locker room guy Paul George and kawhi would be Lining up to play with him and he would maybe get a couple more rings. As it stands now. No chance for a ring.

This game and the 09 ECF against Detroit are his two best games to date

You know why lebron will never be the best, because people have to defend him . FTD

I’m partial to game 1 last year. Unreal what he did that night.

Until he threw a hissy fit over the JR Smith play then basically shut down during the overtime period (they lost), I don't recall him scoring in the overtime period quite shameful after such a brilliant 4 quarter performance

Ray Allen secured Lebron’s legacy

By the measure then John Paxson secured Jordan’s.

If LeBron wasn’t so insecure he’d have shaved his head and gone bald like Jordan instead of getting hair plugs.
