Open to public for most things other than refrigerant etc, just different pricing for non contractors

After you start using that place you start realizing what crooks the HVAC and plumbing people really are. When you doing a $4000 job yourself for $400 at coburns, 1 hour on YouTube and 3 hours on a Saturday with a ducking shovel you realize they just frick the stupid for a living.
