2020 DL - Vernon Broughton also listed for OV this weekend (June 7-9)

Not sure how far ahead Texas is but Broughton is taking visits and really likes LSU. His mom was a WBB coach there in the past so there's a connection to LSU.

We need to be on this guy. Roy isn’t close to a guarantee and we can appeal to Broughton with our depth chart.

Top five prospect in Texas. Maybe even top three.
Was thought to have been a heavy Texas lean prior to this past weekend, but then after his Arkansas OV last weekend, word came out of Arkansas that he might have given a silent to them, and at the very least they felt they led. Visited A&M today before heading to LSU tonight (per Perroni, he might have the dates wrong there). Has an Ohio State OV the next weekend, an A&M OV the last weekend before the dead period, and then will be committing later in the summer between the five schools that got OVs.

I’m hoping the recruits this weekend are all big baseball fans. Or at least hopeful they can appreciate the crowds and support shown for what most of the country considers a ‘minor sport.’

I feel so old now. I worked some summer b-ball camps back in college and this kid was this little short chubby kid who ate a shite ton of pizza.

Still hard to believe the WBB team went to 5 straight final 4's and didn't win the first game. Of course I'm still waiting to see the Vikings and the Bills win their first SB.

That’s his mom. Someone (may have been his mom) from LSU was just tweeting out “As Coach O would say “HOLD THAT TIGER!” With a bunch of pics. Not sure he actually committed but sure sounds like it might be coming soon..
