Competition Guide showing all LSU athletes
^Use this to keep track of when every LSU athlete is competing and in what event.^
Where to watch: LINK
WatchESPN and the ESPN app should be showing all the events.
You can follow live results here
I'll also try to keep this thread updated with LSU results.
Wednesday recap
-The Tigers run 38.37 in the 4x100 relay to qualify for the finals as the 2nd fastest team, .02 seconds behind Florida
-Flournoy pulls up in the 100m prelims. Not a good sign at all.
-Mondo gets 2nd to Nilsen of South Dakota in pole vault.
-JuVaughn Harrison is a national champion! He jumps 26' 11" (8.20m) to win the long jump by more than a foot over the second place finisher.
Thursday Updates:
-LSU women place 2nd in the 4x100m prelims, .03 seconds behind USC
-Sha'Carri runs a wind legal 10.99 for first in the 100m prelims

I'm a fan of Track and Field but absolutely suck at life.
So, can you give us an idea if we have a shot at the Men's Title? I saw an blurb saying we were favored a few weeks ago but didn't Ree say one of our relay teams didn't qualify?
Sorry I suck. But I do care and love the Tigers T&F.

It's possible for LSU to win, but Texas Tech and Florida are both monster teams. If we're going to win we need JuVaughn and Mondo to win their events, the sprinters to pick up a few points, and possibly some points from Rayvon Grey in LJ. LSU has no throwers or distance entered, so it comes down to a small, elite group of sprinters and jumpers.

If MONDO doesn't win I will be fricking shocked

The ESPN pole vault camera is really dumb. No information and just a view of the top bar.

Nilsen of South Dakota is the closest one to Mondo but yeah it'd take some serious shite for him to lose. The dude's just on a different level (with Kendricks and Lavillenie, of course)

Price just ate shite on the 110 hurdles
Posted on 6/5/19 at 5:11 pm to A1A
Was he in contention to podium?
To clarify, we're we expecting points from Price?

Good lord, hurdles is a violent sport. Those falls hurt to watch.
Posted on 6/5/19 at 5:12 pm to Jester
Probably not podium. Maybe score a point or two.

Will a MOD please sticky this thread? TIA

No, Price was a surprise to even qualify for the meet.
Thomas’s DNS in the hurdles hurts though. Will need TT to slip.

Colossal choke job so far. SMH at 4x4 not qualifying

Flournoy got hurt. Not good for us now.
Posted on 6/5/19 at 5:22 pm to Vanilla Ice
Flournoy looked hurt in the 100m. Could really hurt 4x100 too.
