Your reading comprehension leaves alot to be desired. Does "two teams" equate to "the league" now? Ive read Tillman Frititta referred to as the "Owner" multiple times the past 2 days. Cuban still says he's an owner. Wanna bet me Michael Jordan considers himself an "owner"? What do you consider "the league"?

The NBA uses the term owner all the time, in bios, articles etc on their own website.
