Not really. You're saying to make it as palatable as a thigh, I have to spend $120+ on a special tool (which I'm getting for fathers day, but I digress) and cook it for a couple hours?
Why not just get a thigh and be done with it?

I do, mostly
just saying that if you want to cook a chicken breast without it drying out, sous vide is the way to go
