Wow! This is a great, historical loss for our city and country. Leah was one of the all time greats that knew more about cooking and entertaining customers than practically anyone else alive. The list of all time greats that came through her (Dooky Chase) doors reads like an honor roll of world history. I can still remember my first time eating her gumbo back in the early '70's.
God rest you Leah.....you truly changed the world!
