I'll definitely agree with that. That was probably the most awkward/my least favorite part of the series.
Same here. The kids didn't do a great job of portraying emotions in this scene either. I'm just nitpicking at this point though

Here's another SPOILER comment:
Having not read the book, I kinda liked the verbal exchange at the end between Satan and the kid.
"Where's my son, the rebel?"; I immediately thought
well, rebellion does run in the family. I guess daddy should have taken that into consideration.
I wish they had more of a focus on that angle, maybe the kid pointing things out, before he put an end to things.
