I think there are still people that think Celiacs disease and gluten intolerance are one and the same.
Although I think some people can be truly gluten intolerant (just not most) the best thing about gluten intolerance is that it increased food choices for those with Celiacs.

I've asked people that didn't say they have celiacs just a gluten allergy about what happened. They say they just felt better. Ok, so you cut out a bunch of shite food you were eating from the frozen food section and all that canes.
No wonder you feel better.
