No need, demographics of Roosevelt are closer to that of San Antonio already. Hispanic:44.2% African American:43.4% White:10.7%

Pretty sure Terrytown Elementary is 2/3rds Hispanic now.

Since Hurricane Katrina. Kenner was already heavily hispanic by late 20th century. The rest of the parish has since caught up. The 2 streets of apartments and rental homes next to the 17th street canal from the i10 to the lake have to be 75% hispanic.
