Extremely funny, so not sure why the downvotes.
But LA Story was phenomenal, and is one of the most underrated movies of all time. Kind of a like a modern "indy" movie before they became indy movies, but less pretentious. Lovingly made fun of LA like Portlandia does Portland. Very funny, and Martin and Victoria Tennant gave great performances.
Just looked it up on IMDB and saw it has a 6.7. Almost as bad as MacGruber's 48% critic/35% audience score. SAD! People are retarded!
So Three Amigos and LA Story are my top 2, my "favorite" will change based on whether I want to watch an absurd comedy or an absurd dramedy.

LA Story is fantastic.
Reminds me of Joe Vs The Volcano in that they’re both kinda out there.

Been a long time since I've seen Joe vs. Volcano. I've seen it twice and I liked it a lot more the second time through. I'll give it another look, but I don't think that it was quite in the same league as LA Story. But definitely two great "indy" movies by all time great comedic actors.
