Yes but did they dare Trump to delegate the authority to declassify to Barr (once agency heads had the opportunity to review and not object).

I don't recall ever taking a position on whether they should declassify the evidence used to support the issuance of surveillance warrants. Nevertheless, I'm with you. If there is a question about it, and it isn't a national security issue, let's see it. Same with the Muller Report. Let's see it.
