Bran as the villain

Would Bran being a villain make the same exact ending easier to swallow? What if Bran was manipulating Tyrion behind the scenes using his powers and thats why literally every decision he made the last two seasons was so stupid and led to Daenerys's downfall? Bran wanted ultimate power and he manipulated everything in order for him to get there. He will now use his power and title to take over the world. I mean it is still stupid, in my opinion, but it at least would cover up the constant horrible decision making and so many people being so out of character. Bran let all those people die in order for him to become king.
