which ones work, if they actually do?

One of the bigger snake oil sales in the fitness industry. If you want test boosters, see a doc or do some SARMS research.

They don’t work really.

They don't really. The best you're hoping for is a libido boost.

Anything besides creatine and protein that you don’t get from a doc, research lab, or the black market is useless

ZMA works well for me.

On this point, if you're deficient in Zinc or Magnesium, you can get a boost. That's more from restoring normal levels than a T boosting effect.
If OP has had a blood test and is deficient in a vitamin or mineral, restoring that vitamin or mineral to normal is a good idea.

What are the benefits of D-aspartic acid?
I was mixing that with ZMA and was getting incredible sleep for a while.
The increased quality of sleep is enough for me. I've seen some say that DAA is one of the few OTC that could actually impact test. Can anyone shed some light on that?

I’ve definitely seen a boost using zinc but it was in no way beneficial for working out. Let’s just say there’s an increase in volume in the bedroom.

DAA is mixed results. There's a study where it created a T boost in a sedentary population.
Most tests in active populations have showed little to no effect. I have taken it, and I did feel a little boost in sex drive. That's why I said that's the best case for most T boosters. Some will give you a little libido boost.
None really show any scientific evidence of helping an active guy who isn't deficient in some nutritional area.

What's the story with Nugenix? They advertise heavily.

Looking at their label:
Testofen and Tribulus, herbs that might give a libido boost, but no reliable studies to indicate they change T.
Citrulline Malate, some evidence it can improve bloodflow. Along with the t/t above, part of a proprietary complex, so I'd suspect it's horrifically underdosed.
Zinc, B12 and B6, they'll help if you're deficient. If you're fine in your levels of them, you won't get much.
A lot of the heavily advertised OTC T brands are super scams. Read about the founder of Enzyte's fraud conviction for a great example.
At one point, Enzyte offered money back, but to get the money back, you had to have a notary sign an affidavit you had a tiny penis post-Enzyte. Products like that have big advertising budgets, but you get very little from them.
If you want bloodflow, Agmatine or Citrulline are available in bulk. Beyond that, the herbs just maybe make you horny. The vitamins and minerals, get tested and see if you're deficient, then by a cheap supp or change diet to get back to normal.
The supplement industry might be the shadiest legal industry on earth.

I agree and I don't think there's any might about it.
"proprietary blend" = absolute bullshite. Anytime you see those words on an ingredient label, RUN

Yep. That stands for 98% sawdust and mouse turds and 2% active ingredient.

I should specify. My issue isn't dick related, fortunately. Not yet, anyway.
I just have all the other symptoms of LT. Being over 40. Difficulty losing weight even with lifestyle changes. Low energy. Other things. But the erectile stuff hasn't hit me. Yet.
Eta- I went ahead and got some DAA ordered. The gnc brand.

If you want to experiment with any of the stuff, I'd try raw supplements not name brand stuff with blends.
Beyond that, if you have the money to run it and want to try, why not? It won't cause adverse effects, it just may not give you the potency you want.

I’m no fan of
Prop blends either and I help formulate products in the industry.
That being said, you realize that just about every processed food and drink you eat (soda, cereal, bread, frozen food) is a prop blend?
Just food for thought

Natty test boosters will not lead to any meaning increase in testosterone levels. At best, they’ll increase libidos, boost mood and possibly help reduce stress.
Best to avoid wasting your money on them
