Definitely. You should absolutely be able to murder a child even after it has a brain and a heartbeat and eyes and hands and feet because not murdering it might slightly inconvenience someone. That's just common sense and I can't understand why anyone would feel differently.
Don't want your kid? Stab it in the head and throw it in the trash. It's your kid and no one can tell you what to do with it. Besides, if it's having a bad life anyway its not worth keeping alive.

I asked the legal question this time, not the moral one. I honestly agree with you in what abortion is and that it's the killing of a human life, and that the life begins upon the formation of the embryo. I just think, legally, these laws are contradictory to Roe and its progeny, and that it's seriously doubtful those decisions actually get overturned by SCOTUS.
