Are you denying that we're getting closer? USL plans to implement it in the near future if League One can become sustainable. Why would MLS even consider it before someone can show that it will work?

Are you denying MLS has fought p/r at every turn? It’s entire existence is owed to scrapping the original plan upon being awarded the 94 WC which was to have a p/r system.

I haven't seen anyone else try to implement it. shite, Lamar Hunt owned damn near half the league until 2006. At what point would pro/rel have had a remote chance of working?
