UPDATE: latest on the two people sent to the hospital: a 16-year-old boy shot in the arm, and another man also shot in the arm. So, in total: four people shot. One man in the chest, one man in the ankle, one man in the arm & 16 y/o in the arm. @wdsu

NOPD says two different scenes: Fourth Street, which is where one man was shot in the ankle. Second scene is Washington Ave. where one man was shot in the chest. Two other people showed up to the hospital and said they were also shot. More detail
