See you could've just not replied another time in this post and you could've put it in the win column. You're going to end up derailing your own crown jewel.

Leesville has been good to the Tigers.

And memorable also;

Eddie Fuller and the Earthquake game.

Cecil Collins is the best known player ever to only participate in 3 games.

Kevin Mawae is a Pro Football Hall of Fame member.

While we're on the subject - Mawae, in particular, is one of those great LSU ambassadors.

Recall his time - he never played on a winning team at LSU. Think how few kids that applies to. But HE wasn't a loser. His godawful head coaches were.

And that last game - the blowout loss to Arky in Tiger Stadium on ESPN, coming off Curley's best stretch as LSU's coach (a gut check 19-17 win over Ole Miss, a still legendary defeat of defending NC Alabama @ Tuscaloosa, and then a relatively comfortable win over Tulane), I clearly recall the ESPN coverage showing Mawae going into the tunnel and I said, "Well, regardless of how the team did, that kid is not a loser."

Probably the best player from that worst ever era of LSU football. I mean who else in the conversation? Kennison?

Yes he is.

He is employed by Arizona State as an offensive analyst. But he still has A LOT of LSU tweets.

He seems to follow all LSU sports. His latest LSU tweets have been about Sam Nader and beach volleyball. He also follows and tweets about gymnastics and softball.
